Partnerships

At Provectus, partnership working is at the core of our business model and ethos. Whether that be with landowners, private equity investors, traditional debt providers or any of the specialist consultants or service providers that all help and support us to bring redundant sites back to life for social, economic, environmental and political change for the better.  If you believe that we could add value to you or your business, we would love to hear from you.

Land Owner Partnerships

Unlike traditional developers, we offer flexible partnership models via joint ventures, option agreements and promotion contracts, tailored to landowners’ precise needs. Our transparent approach puts landowners at the centre, partnering with trusted experts who understand each site’s commercial challenges and long-term potential.

Whether you're sitting on a single plot or a larger site, our team of experienced Chartered Surveyors and property professionals will assess the opportunity, structure the right deal, and manage the entire development process

Callisto Homes

Our collaboration with award-winning Housebuilding Contactor Callisto Homes is achieving impressive results.

In Chatham, we are delivering 61 luxury apartments, with first sales scheduled for spring 2026. We are also well underway with piling/foundations for Monument View (a joint venture on a distressed brownfield site where we added planning gain before it was acquired by Callisto Homes).

Meanwhile in Rochester, we have secured planning consent for Dillywood Gardens where Callisto is building phase 1 of six luxury homes, with phase 2 commencing in June 2026. A brownfield ex-garden centre, Dillywood is another joint venture with a distressed landowner and asset; having acquired the site, we added planning gain prior to acquisition by Callisto.

At Wybourne Orchard in High Halstow, we are delivering phase 1 (barn conversion) on a brownfield site that we acquired, added planning gain and then put into Callisto’s pipeline.

Looking ahead to our Q2 pipeline and beyond, we have a further 3 exciting sites to come forward in Kent, all for luxury family homes.

Modern brick apartment building with multiple windows and balconies, landscaped garden in front, and Callisto Homes logo overlay.
