Shahan Lall

Co-Founder and Group Managing Director - BSc (Hons) MA MRICS

Born in Kent, Shahan is a Chartered Surveyor with an MA in European Real Estate Investment and 25 years of experience for both PLC and private property companies; across asset management, investor relations and business operations. Highly focused, creative and commercially driven, he provides rigorous financial oversight across all transactions and leads Provectus’ finance, operations, acquisition and disposal activity.

Stephen Naish

Co-Founder and Development Director - BSc (Hons) MRICS

After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor with a London-based global real estate practice, Stephen specialised in investment and development with a major UKPLC. The large-scale residential and urban regeneration projects he has delivered within Kent reflect his entrepreneurial vision and strategic mindset. Stephen drives the planning and development elements of the business.
