Provectus are pleased to have created a joint venture with award-winning Housebuilding Contactor Callsito, forming Callisto Homes. This partnership is already achieving impressive results and is currently delivering our residential pipeline, which has been carefully curated and developed by Provectus over the last six years.

In Chatham, we are delivering 61 luxury apartments at Monument View. A former distressed brownfield site, we worked collaboratively with the land owner to gain a full consent for the current scheme. There has been a huge amount of technical expertise needed on this site to mitigate existing issues, including piling and multiple party wall awards. Construction is now well underway, and we are so excited to see this former nightclub become new starter homes and commuter apartments in this up and coming Medway town.

Meanwhile in Rochester, after securing planning consent for Dillywood Gardens, Callisto Homes are currently building phase 1 of six luxury family homes, with phase 2 of a further six commencing in June 2026. A brownfield former garden centre, Dillywood is another successful joint venture with a distressed landowner and asset; having acquired the site, Provectus added planning gain prior to the acquisition by Callisto Homes.

At Wybourne Orchards in High Halstow, Callisto Homes are delivering phase 1, a barn conversion with six open plan homes on a brownfield site. Provectus worked on the planning gain with the landowners as an option agreement, on acquisition with further strategic planning gain, we further increased the financial returns on this site.

Looking ahead to the rest of our existing pipeline and beyond, we have a further 3 exciting sites to come forward in Kent, starting construction in 2026.
